Clitheroe Beauty Centre offers FREE delivery on all UK orders over £30.
Orders below £30 will incur a £2.70 shipping cost.
All orders placed before 12 midday, Monday to Friday, will be despatched on the same day.
Orders are sent out using Royal Mail First Class post. You can upgrade to Special Delivery to guarantee your order on the next working day at an additional cost of £5.90 or upgrade to Saturday Delivery at an additional cost of £10.00.
Royal Mail First Class
- We aim to deliver next day, they do however say to allow 3 working days if there is a delay. We may occasionally split your order into 2 or more parcels for insurance purposes.
Special Delivery
- You can upgrade to this to guarantee you get your parcel next day. It is guaranteed by Royal Mail to be delivered by 1pm the next working day. There must be someone to sign for your parcel.
Special Delivery - Saturday
- You can upgrade to this to guarantee you get your parcel before 1pm on Saturday. There must be someone to sign for your parcel.
Airmail - Europe
- We will ship your order using Royal Mail Airmail - there is a standard charge of £4.00 for this service. (We ship to the following countries - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland) Please note - all payment is taken in GBP, there will be a conversion rate charge by your bank when paying in other currencies.
Please note
- Royal Mail require a full address and postcode, they will not consider compensation for any lost items unless the address and postcode are 100% correct.
- While it is very rare that any items are delayed or lost in the post please allow for the following if this occurs: Royal Mail stipulates that they can only look into an item being lost after 15 working days have passed.
