Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products you have ordered you may return them for a full refund provided:
- It is less than 28 days since you placed your order
- The product is in a resellable condition (in original packaging, unopened and unused and all seals still intact).
Please follow our returns procedure. (Please note refunds will only be processed if our procedure has been followed).
Returns Procedure
- Send us an email letting us know your reason for returning the product, your name, your address and your order number
- We will then send you a returns number. This must be included in the parcel you return.
- Package the products in their original packing or similar making sure they are adequately packed. (We will not be responsible for products damaged when returning them to us if they are not adequately packaged).
- Seal the package and send to:

- All parcels must be returned to us via Royal Mail 1st class recorded and you must obtain proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for any items lost when being returned to us.
- We will email you once we have received the products back and if they are in a resellable condition we will then process your refund.
- Please allow 14 days from getting your confirmation email for the money to be returned back into your account.
(If you have benefitted from free delivery we reserve the right to deduct this from the cost of your refund).
Exchanges
If you require an exchange for an unwanted or damaged product we will send this out to you once we have received the original product. We are unable to send out replacements until the original products have been received.
Please follow our returns procedure for this. (We will refund any postage costs incurred when returning a damaged product or a product sent incorrectly by us).
Please Note
Credit/Debit cards will be refunded onto the card that was used for the original payment. Refunds cannot be processed onto alternate cards.
